Summary:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by Interacting with all customers of store location in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Be a team player within the store.
  • Provides timely and efficient service and transactions to all customers by understanding company product information and promotions.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Conduct various house keeping duties as assigned such as cleaning facilities as well as helping to maintain the overall appearance of the store location.   
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Minimum Requirements:
This position requires a great customer service attitude.  High school diploma is preferred.
